1. 适用范围与联系我们
本政策适用于 Animal Crossing Travel Guide / 动森旅行指南（下称“App”）及本 App 的支持和隐私网页。隐私问题可发送至 zac.toseetofind@gmail.com。
2. 无账户、无广告、无跨应用追踪
App 不要求你创建账户，也不提供广告，不使用广告标识符来投放广告，不会将你的活动用于跨 App 或跨网站追踪。我们不会为了广告、出售资料或建立广告画像而收集你的 App 使用内容。本网站同样没有第三方分析脚本、广告脚本或追踪脚本。
3. 默认保存在本地的资料
- 收藏、任务和相关 App 资料
- 这些内容默认保存在你的设备上，用于提供你选择的功能。我们不会因为你保存或编辑它们而把这些内容上传到我们的服务器。
- 备份
- 你创建的备份默认保存在设备上或你主动选择的导出/存储位置。请自行保管备份；删除、覆盖备份或卸载 App 可能影响本地资料的可恢复性。
4. 相机、相册与目录扫描
App 只会在你主动选择目录扫描功能时请求或使用相机或照片图库。你可以拍摄或选择一张图片来识别目录/图鉴内容；这不是后台访问，也不用于广告或追踪。扫描所用的图像和文字输入由设备端的 ML Kit 处理，不会上传给我们或作为扫描内容发送给 Google ML Kit。
5. Google ML Kit 技术指标
虽然扫描输入在设备端处理且不上传，Google ML Kit 会发送和处理不与用户身份关联的设备信息、App 信息、每安装标识（per-install identifier）、性能指标和使用指标。这些技术数据用于分析、诊断和功能维护。它们不是用于广告或跨 App 追踪，也不与能够识别你的账户或身份关联。
6. 远程图鉴资源与 Cloudflare CDN
当你请求在线图鉴资料、图片或项目数据时，相关资源会通过 Cloudflare CDN 和项目数据源提供。与一般网络服务一样，这些服务端可能处理标准请求信息，例如 IP 地址、浏览器或设备 User-Agent、请求时间、所请求资源和安全/缓存日志，以交付、保护和维护资源。我们不将这些标准请求信息用于广告或跨 App 追踪。
7. 你主动导出或分享的资料
当你主动选择导出或分享备份或其他内容时，资料会由 iOS 系统分享流程交给你选择的目的地或 App。之后该目的地如何处理资料，受其自己的隐私政策约束。App 不会在未触发系统分享流程的情况下替你发送这些内容。
8. 保留、选择与控制
你可以在 App 中删除本地内容、删除你自行保存的备份，或在系统设置中撤销相机和照片权限。App 不设账户，因此没有可供我们删除的账户档案。Cloudflare 或 Google 对其为交付、诊断和维护服务而处理的技术记录，依照其自身的保留政策和法律义务处理。
9. 政策变更
若我们更新本政策，会在本页更新“最后更新”日期。重大变更会以合理方式在 App 或本页说明。继续使用 App 不会改变你对系统权限的控制；你可以随时通过系统设置调整权限。
10. 非任天堂官方应用
Animal Crossing Travel Guide / 动森旅行指南不是任天堂官方应用，也未获得 Nintendo、任天堂或其关联方的赞助、认可或隶属。相关名称和商标归其各自权利人所有。

1. Scope and contact
This policy applies to Animal Crossing Travel Guide (the “App”) and its support and privacy webpages. For privacy questions, email zac.toseetofind@gmail.com.
2. No account, advertising, or cross-app tracking
The App does not require an account, does not show advertising, does not use an advertising identifier to deliver ads, and does not use your activity for tracking across apps or websites. We do not collect your in-app content to advertise, sell data, or create advertising profiles. This website also contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts.
3. Data stored locally by default
- Favorites, tasks, and related app data
- This information is stored on your device by default to provide the features you choose. Saving or editing it does not upload that content to our servers.
- Backups
- Backups you create are kept on your device by default or at an export/storage location you choose. Please keep your own backups. Deleting or overwriting a backup, or uninstalling the App, may affect the ability to restore local data.
4. Camera, photo library, and catalog scans
The App requests or uses the camera or photo library only after you choose the catalog/directory scan feature. You may take or select an image to recognize catalog content. This is not background access and is not used for advertising or tracking. The image and text input used for the scan are processed on device with ML Kit; they are not uploaded to us or sent to Google ML Kit as scan content.
5. Google ML Kit technical metrics
Even though scan input is processed on device and is not uploaded, Google ML Kit sends and processes device information, app information, a per-install identifier, performance metrics, and usage metrics that are not associated with your identity. Google uses this technical data for analytics, diagnostics, and feature maintenance. It is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking and is not linked to an account or identity that identifies you.
6. Remote catalog resources and Cloudflare CDN
When you request online catalog data, images, or project data, those resources are delivered through Cloudflare CDN and the project data source. Like other network services, their servers may process standard request information such as an IP address, browser or device User-Agent, request time, requested resource, and security or caching logs to deliver, protect, and maintain the resources. We do not use this standard request information for advertising or cross-app tracking.
7. Data you choose to export or share
When you actively choose to export or share a backup or other content, the iOS system share flow provides that data to the destination or app you select. That destination handles the data under its own privacy policy. The App does not send this content on your behalf unless you initiate the system share flow.
8. Retention, choices, and control
You can delete local content in the App, delete backups you saved, or revoke camera and photo permissions in iOS Settings. Because the App has no account, there is no account profile for us to delete. Cloudflare or Google handle technical records they process for delivery, diagnostics, and service maintenance under their own retention policies and legal obligations.
9. Policy changes
If we update this policy, we will change the “last updated” date on this page. For material changes, we will provide a reasonable notice in the App or on this page. Continued use never changes your control of system permissions; you can update permissions in iOS Settings at any time.
10. Not an official Nintendo app
Animal Crossing Travel Guide is not an official Nintendo app and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Nintendo or its affiliates. Names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
